Internal Laser Engraver test page

Markham Public Library has access to a laser engraver. A laser engraver uses a set of lenses and mirrors to etch and cut designs out of wood or acrylic.

Aaniin Library uses a 40W Epiog Helix laser engraver. The laser can be used to engrave and cut materials. We accept wood and acrylic as acceptable forms of material, but please contact a Digital Literacy Specialist. The engraver can cut through 5 mm or less. The thicker the wood, the harder it is to cut!
