Your mental well-being is important to us, that's why we are launching the Bibliotherapy initiative in which we use books to help make you feel a little better about life. Books can have the transformative power to help you de-stress and view life from a fresh perspective. Reading a book that parallels your own experience can make you feel less alone and alleviate stress, anxiety and general malaise.
As part of the initiative, we are offering a Book Healing service which allows our staff to pair you with the perfect reads to support your mental health and emotional well-being. All you have to do is fill out an online form to let us know your preferences. We’ll put together a personalized reading list just for you. You can place holds on the books you like and pick them up using our curbside service.
