What is an eCard?
An eCard is a digital access library card that provides you with immediate access to MPL’s digital collection, resources and services, including:

- Digital videos, movies and TV shows

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with your eCard number and your PIN.
How to borrow physical materials?
We know you also love to check out our physical collections. To borrow physical materials, you need to visit an open branch with the required personal identification and we will upgrade your eCard so you can access all library materials.
