Email Notices Are Changing – Here’s What You Need to Know

Starting June 25, we're making a couple of small changes to help simplify how you hear from us.

đź“­ No more auto-renewal emails
Your items will still renew automatically when they can, but we won’t send an email each time. You can always check your due dates and renewals by logging into your account.

⏰ Due date reminders for everyone
All customers who use email notifications will now receive reminders before items are due—helping you stay on track and avoid late returns.
