So you want to start your own book club? Markham Public Library wants to empower our community with the knowledge and resources to start their own book clubs. Book clubs enable us to connect with one another over the transformative power of reading! Through passionate and friendly debates about books, we can create community. It is a great way to meet new people, and find new ways of enjoying your reading hobby.
We are here to show you how to choose a book, moderate your book club discussions, borrow book club kits from our catalogue, and host your book club on a virtual platform. We are here to help inform and support you.
