Hoopla is a digital service available with your MPL library card, where you can enjoy audiobooks, eBooks, comics and manga, music, movies, TV shows and more – all for free. Everything you see on hoopla is available for immediate borrowing – no waiting and no holds. Borrowed titles can be streamed (with a working internet connection) or downloaded for offline use on mobile devices with the hoopla app. Whether you have a free evening, a long commute, or just a few minutes to spare, hoopla makes it worth your while.
Find something to watch or listen to
The collection of familiar favourites and hidden gems makes for a nice way of stumbling into something you might not have otherwise picked. Watch full-length films for a quiet night in, binge TV shows on a long weekend, and listen to complete music albums while cooking or just winding down – all in one place without needing multiple apps or committing to another paid streaming service.
If you’re in the mood to explore something different, then hoopla’s BingePasses may be worth checking out. With one borrow, you get a full week of access to curated collections or specialized content (such as games, puzzles and instructional video courses).
Experience stories in whatever format you like
Hoopla contains a vast selection of eBooks and audiobooks to satisfy every type of reader. However, one of hoopla’s key highlights includes its comic and graphic novel collection – with titles from major publishers.
