• How do I return my library items right now?

  Items may be returned in-person or using the Drop Box at any open branch. Visit the Hours & Locations page to see our hours of service. 

• Do you have Homebound services?

  MPL offers a variety of options for homebound service. Please reach out to your preferred branch to learn more about which option works best for you or your loved one.

• Do you take book donations?

  MPL accepts donations which are funneled into our upcoming book sales. Funds generated are used to improve library collections and services.  

  Here are some items we are looking for in particular:

  • Children’s books (especially picture books, chapter books & levelled readers)
  • Craft, Home & Garden titles
  • Language & Learning titles
  • Cook Books
  • Books in the fields of science and social science published within 5 years 
  • Video Games

  Condition of items:

  • Items in good to excellent condition, new or nearly new, complete, clean, unmarked
  • Non-fiction titles should be published within the past 5 years
