June is Seniors Month in Ontario - a month where seniors are celebrated as important parts of our communities in Ontario as well as in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and Nunavut. This special month is a time to recognize and celebrate the contributions of older adults who have shaped our country into what it is today. This year’s theme, “Le's Get Moving,” emphasizes how important it is to help seniors stay active and engaged in their community.
