It’s Seniors Month!

June is Seniors Month in Ontario and 2023 marks the 39th Seniors’ Month where seniors are celebrated as important parts of our communities in Ontario as well as in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and Nunavut. The theme for 2023 is Working for Seniors - a time to recognize and honour the hard work seniors have done all their lives to make Canada into the great place it is today.

We've got lots on the go this June, including great workshops and seminars and a Garden Party just for Older Adults at the Thornhill Village Library !

We know how diverse the Markham community is, so many of our resources are offered in many languages other than English!
